I have received an email on the next day stating my withdrawal was declined as i have bet more than £4 per spin while gambling bonus funds. Once the amount was available in my cash balance to be able to withdraw i did. I have won £1981 after wagered my deposited and bonus funds. Horrible and unprofessional customer service all they say is one and the same thing no matter what the query is about.
